Introduction

Congratulations on taking this step towards your new freedom. It's time to start healing. Together, we'll work to set realistic goals, identify barriers, remove obstacles and unlock your full potential. I work well with clients who feel they may have 'addictive personalities', clients new to recovery or in long-term recovery, clients who are gender-non conforming, gay, lesbian, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, clients with relationship issues, mood disorders (depression/anxiety) and socialization challenges (shyness, social anxiety, panic, etc.). You deserve to feel better soon. Whether you're new to therapy, a therapy veteran or even a therapist yourself, I'm here to assist. My approach is open, flexible and eclectic-based on the unique strengths and needs of each person. Welcome - to your new freedom. Licensed to provide tele-health services in New York, New Jersey and Florida.
