Introduction

To make real change, therapy was the only way to feel the depth and charge of personal transformation. I could no longer do it alone or with my friends and family since they did not have the tools to support my goals. Ultimately my therapist and mentors helped me relate differently to myself and make critical self-care changes, fostering a new sense of belonging and increase my daily inspiration. I strive to bring these experiences with me to develop the unique strengths of each of my clients to improve their lives.
