Introduction

LGBTQQIA- 2S, neurodivergent, spiritually safe. Are you desiring something different than the typical therapeutic approaches? We will incorporate some approaches commonly found in therapy as well as shadow work, yogic philosophy, breathwork, pattern identification, meditations chakra balancing, skill building, and releasing trauma from the body. It is time for you to heal. Maybe you’ve been to therapy before and felt that they didn’t “get it” or didn’t offer you the tools that were needed in the worst way. I specialize in working with people who have been to therapy, as well as other therapists, yoga teachers, and energy healers. With a versatile therapy background since 2016 and tools as a 500 hour certified yoga teacher and Master reiki practitioner, I desire to come alongside you and work together to discover what is creating the blockages. I personally understand struggle, anxiety, complex trauma, depression, religious trauma, and chronic pain on a deep level. I understand how difficult it can be to reach out for help, to admit that you are struggling. This effort to enlist help makes you strong and resilient.
