Introduction

I grew up in England playing music professionally. It helped me Realize how challenging the creative life can be and how reaching out for help is a huge step. I am intensively trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and have begun training in Radically-Open DBT (RO-DBT). I provide DBT therapy and enjoy working with adults, tweens, and teens, with a special interest in working with men. I love how DBT has proved effective in helping clients gain clarity and self-awareness. I lead adult and tween skills groups at DBT Eastside.
