I believe a better world is made by understanding who you are, how the world works, and fostering acceptance for both those things. Going towards that understanding will stir up some deeper feelings in the process. Seeing those feelings just as they are, from a non-judgmental perspective, can increase your sense of compassion and self-acceptance. I believe our natural capacity for empathy and cooperation with others, along with a willingness to take ownership of your own experiences, will lead each individual and society as a whole to a better place. This is the framework that informs my work.
