Hello and welcome! I’m Jordan Gale, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in North Carolina. With a diverse background in therapeutic settings, I bring a wealth of experience to my practice, including supervising in an Alternative Family Living Program, providing therapy in community-based settings, and working as a clinical therapist in a residential setting. Over the past few years, I have specialized in supporting adopted adolescents and their families through individual, group, family, and equine-assisted therapy. I work with individuals and families facing a range of challenges, including neurodevelopmental trauma, adoption-related difficulties, attachment issues, trust and bonding concerns, anxiety, depression, grief, loss, complex trauma, and other mood related challenges. In our sessions, you can expect a compassionate, non-judgemental, and supportive environment where we will work collaboratively to achieve your goals and enhance your overall well-being. My approach combines hope, safety, connection, and directness to help you navigate your unique journey. Additionally, I offer online Family Coaching to families nationwide. If you’re seeking guidance on strengthening parent-child relationships, facilitating reunification, or managing placement transitions, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation today.
