Jordan Grassé, MA, CPC-Intern, has her master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She has a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, with a minor in American Sign Language from the University of North Florida. She is a doctoral student with North Central University in the PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy program, with a specialization in children and adolescents. Jordan has presented at numerous conferences on the topics of trauma, resilience, and supportive online interventions with youth and adolescents. Jordan is the graduate student representative for the Association for Creativity in Counseling (ACC). A former graduate student representative with the International Association for Resilience and Trauma Counseling (IARTC), as well as a member on the ACC conference planning committee. She is also one of the Associate Editors for the Association for Child and Adolescent Counseling (ACAC) Newsletter. Jordan is a member of the Chi Sigma Iota Leadership and Professional Advocacy Committee. Jordan is the Past-President of Theta Chi Sigma, The Chicago School of Professional Psychology’s official chapter of Chi Sigma Iota International honor society. Her interests in the field of counseling include trauma, anxiety disorders, depression, suicidal ideation, self-harm, LGBTQIA+, with individuals, kids, teens, couples, and families.
