As a therapist, I deeply believe in the resilience and strength that each of my clients holds within themselves. I approach therapy with respect for who you are, where you've been, and the unique experiences that have shaped your journey. Sometimes, we all need a compassionate and objective perspective to help uncover the tools and strengths already within us, and I am here to help you do just that. You are the expert on your own life, and I am here to walk alongside you, offering guidance and support as we work together to create meaningful goals and build practical skills that promote growth and healing. I value the collaborative process, creating a safe and affirming space where your voice is heard and your experiences are honored. While the insights and growth that happen in the therapy room are powerful, I truly believe that the most transformative changes occur in the moments beyond our sessions—in the choices, connections, and experiences that shape your day-to-day life. My role is to help you take those steps toward lasting, positive change. I genuinely cherish the therapeutic process, with all of its highs and lows, as it often leads to profound self-discovery and empowerment. Although I have experience working with many different populations, I have a particular affinity for working with individuals who have experienced complex childhood adversity and are now navigating its impact in their present lives. If this resonates with you, I am here to support you with empathy, understanding, and unwavering encouragement. Let’s embark on this journey together—I look forward to all we can accomplish and learn as a team! 🌞 Education: I earned my Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology with an emphasis in Marriage and Family Therapy from Pepperdine University in 2021.
