Introduction

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience in supporting adolescents, young adults, and families navigate through a variety of challenges, including trauma, mental health struggles, relationships, and major life changes. With a holistic approach, my therapeutic practices are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual and family, empowering them to heal, grow, and reach their full potential. I incorporate evidence-based techniques, including CBT, DBT, and family systems approaches, along with holistic practices to create a supportive enviroment and personalized treatment plan for each client. I work collaboratively with individuals and families to uncover the root causes of challenges or problematic behaviors, and work together to equip them with the tools they need to build resilience, strengthen relationships, utilize effective communication, and healthy coping strategies. Committed to fostering a safe and non judgmental space, I believe that every client and family deserves a path toward healing that is as unique as they are.
