Hello and welcome! I’m Jor’dan Anderson, a Marriage and Family Therapy Intern dedicated to creating a warm, safe, and empowering space for individuals, couples, and families to heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves and those around them. My passion for mental health work was born from a deep desire to help others navigate life’s transitions and emotional challenges with confidence and clarity. With over a decade of experience working with infants, children, and adolescents, I’ve seen firsthand how early relationships and environments shape our lives—and how healing can begin at any stage. I’m currently pursuing my Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy at Capella University with an emphasis in Clinical Mental Health. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Early Childhood Education from Ashford University. My work is closely supervised by Amanda Rausch, LMFT, as part of my clinical training with the No Stress No Stigma Supervisory Team. My approach is grounded in systemic, strength-based, and culturally responsive care. I specialize in supporting clients through life transitions, relationship difficulties, family conflict, anxiety, and identity work. Whether you're an individual seeking personal insight, a teen learning to navigate a changing world, or a couple in need of communication tools and reconnection—I’m here to support you. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and transformative. I work collaboratively with my clients to develop customized short- and long-term goals that reflect their values and challenges. I also honor the role of spirituality and faith as powerful sources of resilience and healing when that aligns with your values. I offer a $25 initial consultation to ensure we’re a good fit. My mission is to help you find peace, balance, and purpose—one step at a time. I look forward to the opportunity to walk alongside you in your journey. Warmly, Jor’dan Anderson MFT Intern | Supervised by Amanda Rausch, LMFT "Our providers are OON who can submit for reimbursement on your behalf for you to receive possible reimbursement.
