Introduction

If you’re on autopilot & feeling stuck, reactive, overwhelmed, disconnected, or struggling with boundaries...you’re not alone. As an Afro-Latina, Spanish-speaking, EMDR-certified therapist, I help you heal your nervous system through trauma-focused & effective therapy for anxiety, depression, PTSD, relational challenges, family dynamics, and attachment wounds. I'm a veteran, mother, and wife living with PTSD and ADHD - so I understand the complexities & challenges of healing. I've learned to manage & you can too! If you’re ready to build a life you love with practical tools, accountability, and grace - you found your therapist. EMDR and somatic practices go beyond traditional talk therapy and worksheets by helping you regulate your nervous system—not just think your way through challenges. I use these approaches to support emotional regulation, deepen self-awareness and compassion, strengthen connection, and guide you toward a life that feels more than just survivable. I don’t just speak from my "credentials" - I’ve lived the struggle and overcame. EMDR and somatic work were the only things that actually helped me heal beyond just talking. If you’ve experienced family conflict, unsafe environments, toxic relationships, abuse, or emotional neglect—and you're ready to break the cycle—I’d love to work with you.
