My focus is on couples work, chronic depression, anxiety with panic attacks, mental health of gay men, mental health of Black Indigenous People of Color (BIPOC), person in recovery, and people that struggle to maintain healthy relationships with friends, family, and coworkers. I provide a safe, accepting space so that you will feel comfortable sharing your struggles with me. Through hearing your story, I will start to get a picture of what your challenges are. I will start by helping you with immediate emotional concerns. We will also work to discover what your goals are in therapy and a plan to achieve them. I am a compassionate and sensitive therapist that can help you rise above what you are going through. I provide care for those experiencing extreme sadness, emotions that feel out of control, and feeling overwhelmed in life.
