Introduction

Life stressors and adverse experiences can become overwhelming. Many people find themselves in a place where they could benefit from some extra support. My goal is to explore with you what is holding you back from feeling more aware of and connected with the direction of your life. I provide a welcoming, non-judgmental space to help you discover inner wounds, wisdom, and healing. I offer a strength-based approach to treatment in order to meet the needs of individuals, couples, and families. My career has allowed me to work with an assortment of presenting issues, while focusing on substance use, trauma, personality disorders, anxiety, life transitions, academic performance, and chronic illness. I believe therapy is a collaborative process to promote healthy emotional experiences and foster lasting change. If you are struggling with your current path and would like to discuss treatment options, I warmly invite you to call for a free consultation.
