Introduction

Are you or a loved one struggling with overwhelming challenges that impact daily life? Perhaps anxiety or depression has become a constant companion. Maybe ADHD symptoms, trauma effects, or recovery from brain injury are creating obstacles that feel insurmountable. Or you have children facing emotional regulation difficulties, autism spectrum challenges, or cognitive processing issues, and are looking to find the right support that can transform their development path. You don't have to face these challenges alone. As a neurofeedback specialist and psychotherapist, I offer a unique approach that addresses not just symptoms, but their underlying causes. My practice combines cutting-edge neurofeedback technology with compassionate, parts-informed therapy to create personalized healing journeys for both children and adults. My work is built on three complementary frameworks: 1) Humanistic Foundation: Every therapeutic relationship begins with authentic connection, empathy, and unconditional positive regard. This creates the essential safety needed for healing past wounds and nurturing personal growth. 2) Parts-Informed Therapy: By working with the various "parts" of your personality—both conscious and unconscious—we develop mindfulness, insight, and practical skills to transform psychological patterns that no longer serve you. This approach organizes the mind, which in turn organizes the brain. 3) Neurofeedback Technology: This gentle, non-invasive method requires no talking—just measurable results. By carefully modulating specific brainwave frequencies, neurofeedback calms the nervous system, reorganizes dysregulated neural networks, and promotes psychological flexibility. This method organizes the brain, which in turn organizes the mind. Together, by working on organization of both the brain and the mind in tandem, within the safety of the therapeutic relationship, we can efficiently and effectively work towards reducing any psychological dysregulation you might have and improve various aspects of your mental health. My specialized approach has proven particularly effective for: Anxiety, Depression, and Mood Disorders PTSD, C-PTSD, and Developmental Trauma ADHD and cognitive processing challenges Sleep dysregulation and insomnia Relationship difficulties and attachment wounding Recovery from concussion, TBI, and neurological challenges Addiction and compulsive behaviors Headaches and migraines Suicidal ideation and behaviors If you're feeling shame about your struggles or those of your child, please know this: these difficulties have deep neurobiological and psychological roots—they are not your fault. My non-pathologizing approach focuses on finding what works rather than assigning blame. To learn more about how we might work together, please visit RenewPsy.com.
