As a cancer patient, I found that speaking and feeling understood greatly impacts our perspective and resiliency in life. I strive to truly understand your own personal point of view in order to generate a cooperative relationship in which we can both work together to reach your unique goals. Through hardship, we often find our greatest sources of wisdom and grounding. By providing a safe place to process painful experiences at your own pace, we can begin to challenge how we wish to interact with difficulties in life. We will work on taking on different perspectives, learn new coping strategies, modify problematic thinking, and gain awareness on how we function as a whole in order to experience a more meaningful life.
