I'm a trauma-informed psychotherapist that works with clients to break cycles that create chronic stress in their relationships and other parts of their lives. My work focuses on finding the root of the problem and understanding patterns. We'll look at how your past experiences impact your present well-being, and develop skills to transform your relationship with yourself and others. I have extensive training in trauma, attachment relationships, and parenting. I'm trained in Eye-Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), an effective research-based intervention for treating a variety of concerns including PTSD, anxiety, depression, and addiction. I am experienced in other interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Strengths-Based Therapy, among others, and we will work together to find the best approach for you.
