Since earning my Master of Social Work degree from Loyola University Chicago in 2018, I have gained diverse experience across private practice, educational, and nonprofit settings. I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, new mothers, first responders, and young professionals. These experiences have deepened my commitment to providing a supportive and inclusive space for every client. In my work, I help clients set boundaries, articulate emotions, process life events, and more. I take a personalized, strengths-based approach—tailoring treatment plans to each individual’s needs. I’m trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a powerful tool for healing trauma, and I incorporate a trauma-informed lens into all my work. I often draw on Psychodynamic Therapy to explore root causes, blending it with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to address daily thought patterns and build effective coping strategies. Chances are, you’re not alone—I’ve likely heard something similar before. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can pause, reflect, and feel empowered to make meaningful changes. Together, we can soften the hard moments and uncover patterns that support lasting growth. Schedule a free 15-minute call to see if we’re a good fit to work together.
