Introduction

We all experience difficulties and need a safe space to forge a path of healing. You are not alone. I believe you deserve to be free from past hurt that is holding you back. You don’t have to live on autopilot, overwhelmed, or overstimulated anymore. You deserve to enjoy yourself in the present and become the best version of yourself. Healing from the past is possible! My approach to therapy is collaborative, attachment focused and trauma informed. I have spent over 12 years helping clients who have complex trauma, numbing or dissociation and attachment/relational issues find peace and experience healing that lasts. I am a certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a comprehensive therapy approach that has been shown to be highly effective in addressing trauma and PTSD as well as anxiety and depression.
