Introduction

Whether you are new to therapy or returning to your journey of healing self-discovery, searching for a therapist can be overwhelming. Be proud that you made it this far. I am a compassionate companion for processing trauma and expanding perspective for people that are excited to care for — or discover — their own needs and self. I work with clients seeking to explore a deeper understanding of their attachment, identities, and heal from their past. My practice welcomes those who identify as neurodiverse, LGBTQIA+, and consensually non-monogamous. My therapeutic style draws from evidence-based methods to provide relief, direction, and clarity into our patterns as people, and highlight the impact that current and past relationships have on yourself today. You can learn about your attachment style, understand how your attachment style impacts your day to day life and renew your sense of purpose. Societal and systemic causes of oppression (economic, racial, gender, cultural) can incubate issues in our personal lives. In my practice, I deeply value decolonial and anti-capitalist principles in navigating through the challenging seasons in life and supporting ourselves to move away from the scarcity mentality, and towards the thriving life you deserve.
