I offer appointments in-person in Arlington and Beverly, Massachusetts, as well as online. I specialize in helping neurodivergent youth navigate the trying times of adolescence and young adulthood. I affirm my client’s strengths to build confidence, utilize CBT to help them develop healthier thoughts, and teach them how to manage and tolerate difficult emotions.
