Hi there! I typically work with young adults struggling with chronic stress and anxiety. This usually can manifest itself as obsessive thoughts or compulsive behaviors (chronic rumination/worry, body-checking, intrusive thoughts about harming yourself or others, isolation, loneliness, and/or social anxiety). I will always make it a priority for you to feel comfortable and safe during our time together. I typically have a lighthearted personality and love bringing that into sessions. I am able to assist you with the following evidence-based treatments: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Exposure and Response Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and DBT coping skills.
