I tailor sessions on an individual basis starting with a non-judgmental and humanistic approach. If you are unsure of where to start, I will help guide you in this journey. I often utilize psychodynamic therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy. These approaches help the client gain insight and awareness into their past, present, and future self. Specifically for clients who have experienced trauma these approaches can be very helpful in unpacking/ processing. Investing your time and self in the therapeutic process can be a difficult step to initiate, but it's a vital step for your personal growth.
