Hi. My name is Julia and I'm excited that you made it here. I have always been in the helping field as a teacher and now as a counselor. I have over 20 years experience working with children, adolescents, and parents/guardians. I enjoy working with clients from diverse backgrounds of all ages who have various needs such as working through anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. It will be my job as your counselor to help make connections, explore external influences, and discover strengths and coping strategies. I have in-person (in-office and walk-and-talk) and telehealth appointments available. I am a LGBTQIA+ affirming counselor. I look forward to hearing from you.
