Julie-Anne holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and School Adjustment Counseling. She has a diverse experience working in a variety of settings including In-Home Therapy, Mental Health Consultation, Residential Treatment, School Counseling Services, and Private Practice. Her expertise is in working with families, children, and adolescents experiencing mental health challenges, family restructuring/transitional needs and complex trauma. Julie-Anne follows a psychoanalytic orientation to best understand client’s presentation while also utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques (psycho-dynamic, CBT, DBT and mindfulness) to tailor treatment towards individual needs and goals. Julie-Anne values the importance of providing an empathic and compassionate space for self-exploration, personal growth, and overall wellness.
