Introduction

When was the last time you felt truly heard? Life can feel as though you're stuck in a maze without a map or a sense of purpose. You may feel "broken," alone, or depressed, but you're not. I've successfully helped clients work through life's challenges, learn effective coping skills, and view the present and future in a realistic, positive light. I've also helped clients with chronic illness maximize their quality of life and reach their goals, such as returning to work or school, or being a better parent or spouse. We'll set up a plan that meets your needs now, then empower you to reach your goals- together. I build my practice around the concept that life doesn’t have to narrow or worsen after a challenge, loss, or illness. Personal relationships and everyday tasks that once felt tedious and mandatory can all deepen in meaning when viewed in a different light. Goals that seem impossible now may just require a creative approach. As someone in recovery and with a chronic illness myself, I've not just helped others. I've worked hard to increase my quality of life and grow. I can help you because I've been in your shoes and I know what works. Please, don't hesitate to reach out and get in touch. I offer free initial consultations and telehealth.
