“I am a Christian counselor passionate about helping individual adults learn more about themselves, their relationships and their perspective of the world. My work focuses on giving self permission to feel all emotions and finding ways to navigate them so they don't take over. I believe in taking a collaborative approach and meeting my clients right where they are. I often incorporate right-brained experiential activities into my work by using expressive arts, mindfulness practices and sand tray. I really enjoy premarital counseling and parent coaching as well.
