Introduction

I am a compassionate board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner dedicated to providing holistic mental health care for individuals aged 6 years and up. My focus is on creating a supportive, collaborative space where your mental health and well-being are the priority. With a blend of evidence-based treatments and a person-centered approach, I empower clients to actively participate in their care. I specialize in treating conditions like ADHD, anxiety, depression, and other mental health concerns, offering personalized care plans that may include medication, therapy, and alternative treatments. My goal is to provide care that truly aligns with your needs and helps you achieve lasting mental wellness. *Currently accepting new clients with Optum, Aetna and private pay (a superbill will be provided for potential reimbursement through your insurance). At this time, I am not accepting Medicare clients or clients with Medicare as a secondary insurance.
