Life is not always easy and I am here to help you navigate through those difficult times. I believe that your health and wellness come first. If you don't take care of yourself first, then who will? I have been working in the mental health field for 10 years. Throughout that time, I have worked with a variety of clients who have had to deal with anxiety, depression, ADHD and behavioral modification issues. I am able to meet the client where they are and be able to help them manage the stressors that they have face in everyday life. I have been involved in helping people throughout my life. I believe that in order to help mental health you have to also work with the wellness aspect. I have a non traditional approach and we will work on nutrition and wellness as part of an integrative approach to mental health. I want to work with you so that you can take care of yourself first. It is important to exhibit self care while addressing your own needs.
