Introduction

I have been a practicing Clinical Social Worker for over 30 years and have loved the journey! The collaboration with clients has been so rewarding due to their growth and commitment to learning, their ability to transform their lives despite challenges and the bond we develop over our time together. I see therapy to be a place of safety and acceptance in order to learn skills that not only enrich our lives but allow us to feel (and be) loved and understood. I specialize in CBT, DBT, and more recently the skills of Mindful Self Compassion, something I believe we all could use more of this time in our history.
