Introduction

Dealing with anxiety, self-esteem trouble, intrusive thoughts, images, or urges, stress, or life transitions to name a few? Psychotherapy is a valuable resource for learning to better navigate challenges like these. I am equipped to work with clients facing a variety of issues and can be particularly helpful with anxiety, self-esteem, and stress-management. Evidence-based approaches can make a big difference when addressing these issues. I’d love the opportunity to learn more about your unique goals and explore how we can use therapeutic methods to support you and the challenges you're facing. I work within CBT/CBT-umbrella therapies, focusing on thinking, feeling, and behaving. During our time, think of me as coaching you as you gain skills along the path to your goals. Our first session would involve getting to know you. Then we develop a treatment plan for YOUR goals. You bring your goals and effort, and I'll bring support and knowledge. Mental health can get better with the right approach. I don't take you reaching out to me for help lightly and am committed to creating a safe-space for you to share your concerns and work toward your goals. Please reach out using contact methods on my profile to contact the intake team at Mindful Collaboration and ask for me if you feel we'd be a good fit!
