Introduction

My journey to becoming a therapist was a deeply personal one. Many years of doing my own self healing work led me to realize that I wanted to walk that road with others. Engaging in therapy requires vulnerability and it’s so important to feel safe in that space. I want you to know that I have been where you are. I have gone through a dark night of the soul as I learned about who I am and who I wanted to be. I have felt immense grief, anxiety, and self doubt; gaining tools and self-knowledge towards wellness along the way. My educational background paired with my intuitive gifts and personal experiences has brought me here to share space with you on your journey. Therapy with me looks like getting comfortable in the discomfort as we gently challenge you to explore and grow. My approach is eclectic and integrative where I tailor services to meet your specific needs. As we build a trusting therapeutic relationship, I guide you towards discovering the answers you seek within yourself. My foundation is person-centered and trauma informed while always looking through a lens of feminism and social equity. I encourage you with challenging questions to think about the past, sit with the present and dream about the future. When appropriate I have the pleasure of calling on intuitive arts like tarot readings to help you find the clarity needed to move forward. Ultimately, my overarching goal is to promote radical self-acceptance because I want to help you experience life with an open heart and feel confident about building healthy long lasting relationships with others and most importantly, with yourself. My main priority will always be advocating for your well-being.
