“People have a fundamental need for transformation. We are wired for growth and healing. And we are wired for self-righting…. We are shaped by a deep desire to be known, seen, and recognized…” Diana Fosha Hi, I’m Justin. I’m glad you are researching therapy options. It’s okay to struggle and to ask for help. Are you anxious, depressed, or feeling overwhelmed? Are you a couple feeling distant or caught in conflict? Are you grieving, feeling stuck, or looking for someone to help you process emotions? Fortunately, we all have an innate capacity for healing and transformation, given the right conditions and a little support. In therapy, I aim to offer the support necessary to nurture well-being and restore inner harmony. I’ll listen to your goals, and help you gain the healing, insight, and emotional awareness you need to live from your self-at-best—and continue to do so when our work is done. I collaborate with you, tailoring therapy to your needs, and use evidence-based therapies to help you heal and thrive. We’ll create a healing context where you can process emotions and work toward positive transformation. Treatment modalities include AEDP, IFS, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, EFT, mindfulness-based interventions, work to increase self-compassion, and more. My work is emotion-focused, and Attachment and trauma informed. In relationship or couples therapy, we will work to identify the patterns that keep us feeling stuck, and collaborate toward new ways of relating that promote connection. Research shows 42% of Americans seek therapy at some time in their lives. If you would like to experience less anxiety and more ease, less depression and more energy, less self-criticism, more joy, and better relationships—therapy can help. Contact me, and let’s get started toward feeling better.
