Introduction

* At this time I am only accepting self-pay clients, and those with CareOregon (or Oregon Medicaid), or Adventist Health insurance. I do not have any Medicare or MODA insurance appointment vacancies at this time. I extensive experience working with individuals who have experienced both childhood and adult traumas, this can be attachment iuries, military, sexual, and domestic traumas. The approach I use allows for trust, safety, and understanding of your individual experience to be forefront in our work together. I assist clients in understanding how they can relate to themselves, experience, and emotions in a beneficial way. I am trained in various methods (DBT, EMDR, IFS, mindfulness), allowing me to individualize treatment to your individual needs. I have also completed post-graduate work in trauma, gerontology, and in palliative care. In addition to my Master of Science in Social Work degree I also hold a Master of Art degree in Bioethics and Health Policy.
