Introduction

Congratulations on taking another step towards wellness for yourself or your child! Looking for the right therapist can be a challenge, but the therapy process can truly transform your life. Whether you are seeking a short-term solution-based approach or a longer, more in-depth exploration, my role in your journey is to support, guide, and encourage you to reach your goals. Areas of specialty include adoption, ADHD, behavioral issues with children, racial, ethnic, and gender identity, and LGBTQ+ issues. I follow a three-step framework with clients; dismantle, relearn, and align. This allows us to look at where you are, what works and doesn’t work, and make changes that get you closer to your goals. Current clients describe me as warm, funny, kind, and easy to talk to. Sessions can be held in person or virtually. I see children ages 5 and up, as well as adults. While I'm not in-network with any insurance, I offer courtesy billing for those with out-of-network benefits and am contracted with Lyra EAP. Additionally, reduced rate sessions are available. Please reach out to me to schedule your first session.
