Introduction
We offer a variety of treatment approaches focusing on individuals, families, and couples counseling. We are a small private practice based out of Golden Valley, MN. We are known for our work with children and parents having utilized systemic family therapy techniques, play therapy strategies, and an intensive family therapy approach. Children who have been in the foster care system, misplaced, or adopted often times struggle with their identity and attachment. We believe in the unity of a family and believe that a healthy family system begins with the head of the family. We strive to promote healthy unified couples. Helping couples overcome challenges prior to their commitment to one another as well as challenges that have aroused over time. Couples can guarantee learning how to communicate better with one another, learn ways to have healthy disagreements with one another, parent their children, and fight together rather than with each other.
