From the first session Kaila brings a warm and welcoming energy to her practice. She understands that entering into therapy can often feel overwhelming and acknowledges the courage it takes to come to therapy and begin a journey towards growth and healing. Kaila uses evidence based practices such as CBT and DBT, while also incorporating frameworks specific to each person’s needs.
