Introduction
Having been in the behavioral health field for over a decade, I have learned that relationships and safety are paramount to healing. I have learned that people are not broken, but surviving. Sometimes, it is how we've learned to survive that no longer serves us. Through looking at attachment patterns over a lifetime, I use EMDR to help target behaviors that no longer serve. I also use elements of ACT, neuroscience, and mindfulness to create a treatment plan that feels safe and creates hope.
