Hi There! I'm Kailey Claggett, I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Oregon, and I offer individual sessions for adults dealing with grief, depression, anxiety, stress and life transitions as well as trauma both past and present. I am a trained EMDR therapist, and find this form of therapy very helpful when it comes to changing some of the underlying beliefs and feelings that come with our difficult experiences. I work a lot with college students and young adults who are figuring out aspects of identity, and navigating relational dynamics with emotionally immature parents. I also work with clients from all different backgrounds and love engaging in racial identity development and antiracist work. I work a lot with clients identifying as AAPI and/or multiracial. I also love offering a safe and understanding place for folks from the LGBTQIA+ community. I also help clients navigate a whole list of other concerns so if you have questions please reach out.
