Introduction

Are you having frequent fears of "the unknown"? Questioning where to turn and wondering when these frequent, unwanted thoughts became such a large part of your day-to-day routine? Are you thinking about making a change and wondering where to start? My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral and Mindfulness-based therapies - identifying thoughts and beliefs and taking steps to address and change those that no longer serve you. Through therapy, you can begin to let go of unwanted thoughts and obtain peace and the quality of life you deserve. Opening up to and being vulnerable with a stranger can be a challenge. I focus on building a positive relationship with those I work with, meeting them where they are, and creating a space of acceptance and understanding. I look forward to meeting you and to the work we can do together!
