Through therapy, you can begin to let go of unwanted thoughts and obtain peace and the quality of life you deserve. Opening up to and being vulnerable with a stranger can be a challenge. I focus on building a positive relationship with those I work with, meeting them where they are, and creating a space of acceptance and understanding.
