I’m passionate about helping individuals learn how to move beyond survival mode with their mental health. I work with clients of all ages to find more balance in each area of life. Whether you're struggling with career decisions or you feel overwhelmed by daily tasks, I can help you discern ways to build a more fulfilled, manageable life. I particularly love helping clients navigate the unique challenges that come with neurodiversity, such as ADHD, autism, or dyslexia, by providing them with the tools and strategies they need to thrive. Without enough support, clients may experience difficulties in areas such as social interactions, executive functioning, and emotional regulation. This can ultimately lead to increased anxiety, panic attacks, depression, and even burnout. Moving into new life stages can be particularly overwhelming, so I help clients navigate transitions and create a life that aligns with their values and goals. This may involve preparing for college, recovering from unhealthy work environments, or adjusting to life as a new parent. My approach involves sharing psychoeducation to empower clients through knowledge and new skills. I save helpful information in multiple formats like books, videos, podcasts, handouts, and even memes to share and discuss. I aim to help clients with building supportive systems, strengthening social confidence, and advocating for their needs at school, at work, and in healthcare.
