Introduction

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 10 years of experience in the mental health field. I received my bachelor's degree at the University of Georgia and earned masters' degrees from Marymount University in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Forensic Psychology. I have extensive experience working providing individual and group therapy for a diverse population. I have worked with clients who are experiencing romantic and peer relationship issues, grief, and problematic sexual behaviors as well as other mental health issues such as anxiety and depression. My goal is to provide the best care possible and, therefore, I adapt my therapeutic approach to best fit the need of my clients. I believe that to enact change in our lives, understanding the impact that our thoughts and emotions have on our behaviors is vital. I utility Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) mindfulness practices and solution-focused techniques My goal is to establish a strong rapport with each client by providing a judgment-free space where we can identify your strengths and work together to meet your goals and build healthy practices.
