I provide teletherapy for children, teens, and young adults (18-25) experiencing anxiety, OCD, panic, and/or traumatic stress. I also work with parents to reduce conflict at home, navigate problematic child behaviors, and support their children to develop healthy emotion regulation skills. Additionally, I have expertise in health psychology and enjoy working with youth who have chronic medical conditions (e.g., diabetes, food allergy, GI conditions). I further specialize in ADHD and offer executive functioning support/organizational skills training. As a therapist, my goal is to help you develop coping skills to effectively manage big emotions, deal with stress, and maintain healthy relationships. I integrate strategies from a variety of evidence-based approaches and also offer specific treatments (CBT, exposure & response prevention, ACT, behavioral parent training, organizational skills training).
