My work with children, adolescents, and adults is grounded in compassion, collaboration, and respect for each person’s unique story. My work is rooted in supporting individuals experiencing symptoms of anxiety, depression, trauma-related challenges, emotional regulation difficulties, and significant life transitions. Together, we integrate approaches such as play therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and trauma-informed care to support growth, strengthen coping skills, and foster emotional resilience. Our work is always guided by your individual strengths, needs, and goals — creating a path forward that feels meaningful and aligned with who you are.
