Introduction

I received my doctorate in clinical psychology with a health emphasis from the California School of Professional Psychology. Some training sites and employment opportunities include UCLA, Oregon State University, UC San Diego, and CSU Long Beach. Additionally, I am a level 1 Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. Practicing as a licensed clinical psychologist, my specialties include providing short-term and trauma-informed therapy to adults. While practicing from an eclectic framework, treatment often incorporates interventions from acceptance and commitment therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, somatosensory therapy, and compassion theory. Common concerns of my clients include trauma, sexual well-being, depression, anxiety, adjustment to college, academic performance, and identity development. Therapeutically, I enjoy working collaboratively with clients towards their treatment goals and value their feedback.
