Introduction

The most powerful tool we can use for healing is connection. I have been practicing for five years and have seen how connection in the therapy room brings about healing. In my practice I am looking for "Kindred Spirits", that we can use connection in the therapy room to promote healing and walk this path together as partners of your healing journey. My main focuses in treatment currently are Trauma, Neurodivergency and LGBTQIA. I use a blend of multiple modalities, whichever I feel is the best fit for the client, but mainly EMDR, DBT, and Solution Focused. I am only offering telehealth sessions to individuals 16 and older and I do not take insurance at this time. I do offer free 15-minute consultations to make sure we are a good fit.
