Introduction

Everyone is deserving of support that is free of judgment. I empower my clients to live balanced and fulfilling lives, however that may look to them. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, and I celebrate individuality with my person-centered, eclectic approach that I tailor to each client’s specific needs and desires. As a strengths-based and solution-focused counselor, I help my clients make meaningful change by tapping into strengths and skills they already have. I received a Bachelor of Health Science from University of Missouri and a Master of Education from University of North Carolina. I enjoy working with college students, couples, and individuals in their 20s and 30s. I specialize in concerns related to LGBTQIA+ identities, work or school-life balance, life transitions, relationships, ADHD, and anxiety. I am sex positive, support body liberation, am kink-affirming, and poly-friendly.
