Introduction
When life pulls you every way, finding peace within yourself and your body can be difficult. As a counseling intern, as well as in my healing journey, I’ve learned therapy doesn’t have to be scary, it can be a truly sacred and safe space for self-growth. My specializations include anxiety, eating disorders, trauma, depression, obsession compulsion disorder, and women’s issues. I provide a person-centered, humanistic, and mindful approach to therapy, allowing the client to lead their journey toward growth and healing. I do this by creating a warm and compassionate environment, for you to feel safe and grounded during every session. As a counseling intern, I prioritize working with clients to find the balance in confronting these emotions as well as identifying the strengths they already have. Your emotions make you human, and I am here to provide a non-judgmental collaborative space for you to talk through those feelings, however difficult and overwhelming they are.
