I am a psychotherapist licensed as a Clinical Social Worker in the state of California. I received my Master's in Social from New York University (NYU). I have extensive experience working with adults suffering from a dynamic range of mental health conditions, and over the years have gravitated into specializing in OCD, Anxiety, and Body-Focused-Repetitive Behaviors (BFRB). I utilize evidence-based practices to help individuals understand, decrease, manage and cope with the current symptoms they are experiencing. These practices include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Habit Reversal Training (HRT), and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP). I am a professional member of the International OCD Foundation and I regularly attend Continuing Education seminars to stay as up to date as possible on current evidence-based practices to best help my clients reach their goals. I am deeply committed to creating a therapeutic space where you don't have to be alone with your thoughts and feelings anymore. A space where you feel seen, heard, and understood. I work collaboratively and cohesively with clients to reach their desired goals in a nonjudgmental and supportive environment. It would be my privilege to help you navigate this profoundly personal and vulnerable journey.
