Introduction

Kandice Law is a Licensed Creative Arts Therapist, and Licensed Professional Counselor that has over 8 years of experience working with adolescents and young adults struggling acutely with eating disorders, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, trauma, and grief. She has a background working in in-patient psychiatric facilities, hospice, and residential eating disorder treatment, working closely with clients and their families to help them reach their recovery goals, using creative expression as a catalyst for open communication. Kandice is also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR), and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Kandice also provides professional supervision for clinicians seeking art therapy registration (ATR), a NY creative arts therapy license (LCAT), or a CT counseling license (LPC).
