We’ll review CBT strategies to help you identify and challenge negative thought patterns that contribute to anxiety, and replace them with healthier, more balanced perspectives. And lastly, I’ll assist you with navigating major life changes—such as career shifts, relationship transitions, motherhood, or personal growth—without being overwhelmed by anxiety.
